Course Overview

Credit Management Certificate Level 5 qualification consists of units of learning that an individual must achieve to enable him/her to administer request for credit, administer debtor’s ledger, monitor business performance, manage debt collection and recovery, evaluate credit portfolio performance, manage credit risk and compliance, operate Management information systems in credit, manage customer relationship and implement credit business development

Assessment 

The course will be assessed at two levels: 

• Internal assessment: conducted continuously by the trainer (internal assessor) who is monitored by an accredited internal verifier.
• External assessment: conducted by an accredited external assessor who is monitored by an accredited external verifier. 

Certification

An individual will be awarded a Certificate of Competency on demonstration of competence in a unit of competency. To be awarded National Credit Management Certificate Level 5, an individual must demonstrate competence in all the Units of Competency.
