Course Overview
The certificate course in Tax Clerk seeks to ensure continuous development and supply of skilled tax administration professionals. Taxation certificate Level 5 consists of competencies that an individual must achieve to administer taxation. It entails filing tax returns, preparing Payroll and maintaining company assets register.
Graduates of the TVET CDACC Certificate in Tax Clerk will have the requisite competencies to handle basic taxation for individuals and business enterprises.
Assessment
The course will be assessed at two levels: internally and externally. Internal assessment is continuous and is conducted by the trainer who is monitored by an accredited internal verifier while external assessment is the responsibility of TVET CDACC.
Certification
A candidate will be issued with a Record of Achievement for each Unit of Competency. To attain the qualification Craft Certificate Level 5 Tax Clerk, the candidate must demonstrate competence in all the units of competency as given in the qualification pack.
