Course Overview:
Project Management Level 6 qualification consists of competencies that an individual must achieve to manage projects. It entails managing project inception phase, project design, project implementation, project risks, project financing, monitoring and evaluating projects, auditing and reviewing projects, managing project environment, project closure, project stakeholders and project scope
Assessment
The course will be assessed at two levels: internally and externally. Internal assessment is continuous and is conducted by the trainer who is monitored by an accredited internal verifier while external assessment is the responsibility of TVET CDACC.
Certification
A candidate will be issued with a Certificate of Competency for each core unit of competency. To attain the national certificate for Project Management Level 6, the candidate must demonstrate competence in all the units of competency as given in qualification pack.

Requirements
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C-(minus) Or
- Certificate in Project Management Level 5 Or
- Equivalent qualifications as determined by Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA) And/or
- As may be guided by relevant regulatory body
