An application reference only confirms receipt of an online application. It is not an admission number, invoice or guarantee of placement.
1. Entry requirements
Published grades describe common entry routes. Final eligibility depends on the selected programme, qualification level, examining or awarding body, submitted documents and any applicable subject requirements or equivalent qualifications.
2. Programmes, intakes and timetables
A listed course or study mode may not be available in every intake. Classes may depend on registration numbers, trainer availability, examining-body calendars and operational requirements. Admissions will confirm the available intake and schedule.
3. Fees and external charges
Fees may vary by programme, level, study mode, term, section or unit. Registration, examination, assessment, certification, materials or external-body charges may be separate from college tuition. Request a current written fee structure before payment.
4. Safe payment
Use only payment instructions officially issued by Jolearn Training College. Confirm unclear instructions through 0757 522 112 or 0711 842 699 and retain your receipt or transaction reference. Jolearn is not responsible for payments voluntarily sent to an unverified personal account or third party.
5. Official admission
Admission is complete only after the college verifies the required information, confirms placement and issues official admission details through its authorised process. Jolearn may correct genuine website errors or decline an application that does not meet applicable requirements.
6. Guidance
