The Certified Credit Professionals (CCP) - Intermediate Level course at Jolearn Training College in Nairobi is designed for learners who want recognised professional competence and a clear route into the workplace. The Certified Credit Professionals (CCP) course prepares learners to manage credit assessment, lending risk, collections, compliance and debt recovery. It develops the analytical, legal, governance and customer-management skills required across banks, SACCOs, microfinance institutions and commercial credit departments.
At Intermediate Level, the programme develops applied skills in borrower analysis, corporate credit decisions, collections strategy, governance and regulatory compliance. Learning follows the official KASNEB curriculum and is organised into clearly presented papers or sections so that students can understand what they will study before applying. Jolearn supports flexible Full-time, Part-time, Online and Self-Paced learning, subject to the timetable and examination requirements.
This level develops knowledge that can support career opportunities such as Credit Analyst, Credit Officer, Collections Manager, Debt Recovery Officer, Loan Officer. Learners who complete the required examinations can continue to the next programme level and ultimately pursue Professional membership, senior credit management or postgraduate finance study.
