Course overview

The Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) - Part III course at Jolearn Training College in Nairobi is designed for learners who want recognised professional competence and a clear route into the workplace. The Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) course develops competence across employee resourcing, labour law, reward, performance, development, HR information systems, analytics, consultancy and strategic leadership. It prepares learners to support and lead effective, ethical human resource functions.

At Part III, the programme prepares candidates for strategic HR leadership, organisational transformation, analytics, audit, consultancy and ethical governance. Learning follows the official HRMPEB curriculum and is organised into clearly presented papers or sections so that students can understand what they will study before applying. Jolearn supports flexible Full-time, Part-time, Online and Self-Paced learning, subject to the timetable and examination requirements.

This level develops knowledge that can support career opportunities such as Human Resource Officer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Learning and Development Officer, Employee Relations Officer, Reward Analyst. Learners who complete the required examinations can continue to the next programme level and ultimately pursue Professional certification, senior HR leadership or postgraduate study.
